DescriptionThe Pro Pool Series, Portable Pro 2 lift is an affordable portable aquatic lift that provides access to residential in-ground pools and spas. The design of the lift is reflective of the Ranger™ 2 and Admiral™ Lifts and provides for a safe, smooth, and steady out and down operation into the pool. No anchor is needed; the lift is well balanced and when tipped back for transport, it is easily rolled along the pool deck to wherever you may need it. This lift will typically function on in ground pools where the pool deck is flush with the top of the pool. It does not clear high curbs or walls around the pool. FAQ Why do you not recommend this for commercial applications? The Portable Pro 2 is designed to be commercially strong and it can be used in commercial applications outside of the United States. The main reason it cannot be used in commercial applications in the U.S. is the position of the seat does not allow adequate clear deck space as outlined by the United States Federal ADA Requirements. Can I still make a wheelchair transfer to this lift from my chair? Yes. While it does not meet the ADA requirements for clear deck space for transfers, there is enough space to make a transfer either laterally or by placing your wheelchair at an angle to the seat of the lift. Can I ride in the lift while it is being moved on the deck? No. The lift is designed to be moved from one location to another without any person occupying the lift. How easy is this lift to move? The Portable Pro 2 Lift weights about 840 pounds but is designed to be balanced once it is tipped back onto its swivel wheels. Ultimately the ease to which it can be moved directly relates to the surface on which you are moving it. When on a solid, smooth surface, it moves fairly easily. Can I use this on a wood deck? This depends on the condition of the deck. The lift weights 840 pounds so it is heavy and the ability to use it on a wood deck depends entirely on the structure and condition of your deck. We suggest having a contractor inspect your deck prior to ordering to confirm its structural integrity and ability to support he weight of the lift.

Aqua Creek Products lifts have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the frames, not including the powder coat finish. Aqua Creek Products, LLC (a.k.a. Aqua Creek) also warrants to the original end user that all non-frame components manufactured by Aqua Creek, when properly installed in accordance with assembly and installation instructions, and properly used and maintained, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase, provided that Aqua Creek receives prompt notice in writing of any defect or failure and satisfactory proof thereof, with the following exceptions:
Exception : All electrical components, including the linear actuator shall have the following warranty period:
- Year 1-2: 100% Coverage
- Year 3: 60% Coverage (Customer is responsible for 40% of replacement cost)
- Year 4: 50% Coverage (Customer is responsible for 50% of replacement cost)
- Year 5: 40% Coverage (Customer is responsible for 60% of replacement cost)
This warranty specifically excludes reimbursement for labor to remove, repair, or install the product and any return freight charges. These warranties do not cover any damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or failure to properly maintain any products, or normal wear and tear from day to day operations. In the event that any products are altered, repaired, or improperly installed or improperly used by anyone without the prior written approval by Aqua Creek, all warranties are void.
IMPORTANT: AMOUNT OF WEIGHT PLACED ON LIFTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE RATED LIFTING CAPACITY. NEVER OPERATE THE LIFTS UNDER LOAD IN A DRY POOL (WITH NO WATER IN THE POOL).
To initiate a warranty claim, the owner of an Aqua Creek product must provide the place of purchase, in writing, with a full description of the product, its serial number, the dates of purchase and installation, and the exact nature of the defect. Within thirty (30) days after receipt of a written warranty claim by Aqua Creek, and barring any unforeseen delays, the place of purchase will be notified of Aqua Creek’s decision regarding the claim.
Return Policy
Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:
- Product must be in new condition. For example, no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, or any indications of usage.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization must be requested from Patient Lift USA within 14 days of delivery of the product.
- Once an RMA has been received, products must be returned within 14 days.
Some products require a 25% restocking fee for returns. Heavy products shipped via Freight, may incur additional shipping charges, which are not refundable. these include:
- Lift chairs
- Vehicle lifts
- Patient Lifts
All returned products require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns received without this number will not be credited. The easiest way to request an RMA number is by calling us at 888.826.4423, option 3.
PLEASE NOTE: Products returned without an RMA number will not be credited. To receive full credit, items must be shipped within 14 days from the day the RMA number and shipping information were provided by Amica Medical Group of Companies.
Return Shipping
Unless Amica Medical made an error, return freight is the customer responsibility. We will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RMA number. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.
Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Amica Medical reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location. In addition, if a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed, Amica Medical may institute an additional fee per missed scheduled pickup.
Cancelled Orders
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused. Heavy products shipped via Freight, may incur additional shipping charges, which are not refundable.
Credits
Once your return is received, Amica Medical will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued.
If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please call us at 888.826.4423 or email us at customer.service@amicamedicalsupply.com. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.
