How to return an item

Click the above link where you will taken to page to put in your order number and email to begin return process. Next select the item(s) you would like to reuturn, chose if you would like us to provide shipping label. Please provide the reason for the return in the additional information section and any photos that you have if the product is damaged.

RMA processing time may vary depending on the product and reason for the return but generally processing time is 2-5 business days once the RMA is received and meet all following criteria:

  1. Once you receive your RMA print out your label
  2. Pack up your return and attached the return label on package
  3. Either drop it off at any FedEx drop-off location or hand-off to a FedEx driver

Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a refund (less any restocking fees and shipping charges), along with an email confirmation.  If your item(s) qualified for free shipping the item(s) being returned are still subject to a refund minus any restocking fees and actual shipping charges.

Return Policy

At our site, returns are easy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items for a refund or exchange. Simply ensure that the item is returned in its original product packaging within 30 days of delivery.

We will credit you for the purchase price upon our receipt of your return. Some items are subject to a re-stocking fee and customer is resposible for paying the shipping cost. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.

Exclusions may apply. Reference the return and exchange policy specific to your item on the product page.



Packing your Return

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number, and the reason for the return. Also, please tell us whether you want a refund or a new product shipped. On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate return address; both of which will be provided to you upon contacting us. Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping.



Will you provide a shipping label

To make returning merchandise easy, you may request a pre-paid return shipping label. You pay nothing up-front; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can get your return shipping label by completing our online RMA process or by contacting us. You can also ship the item(s) back yourself using the courier of your choice. Should you choose to do that, we do recommend getting a tracking number for the shipment.



Do you charge a restocking fee

All items drop-shipped from the manufacturer typically incur a 25% restocking fee, unless they are defective.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you send us an unauthorized return or refuse delivery, there is a minimum processing fee of 25% additionally your return may be refused as there is no way to track it without an RMA number.  Unauthorized returns include items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), used items or returned items with missing parts or packaging.

How do I check the status of my order

We make every attempt to keep you updated via email. If you are returning an item for replacement, we will send an email with your tracking number once the replacement item ships. You will also be able to track your replacement order online. If you are returning an item for refund, we will send you an email to let you know once we have credited your original method of payment (your credit /debit card or PaylPal account, for example).
